Sarah-Louise is an actress, writer, director, improviser and internationally renowned cabaret performer. She has appeared in the West End with Julie Madly Deeply, Fascinating Aïda, La Soirée and Olivier winning improvised musical group, The Showstoppers.

She is currently on tour with three productions: An Evening Without Kate Bush, The Silent Treatment and ALMA.

She recently directed Gertrude Lawrence - A Lovely Way To Spend An Evening and Kravitz, Cohen, Bernstein And Me, both for the Edinburgh Fringe. Other directing credits include: Looking For Me Friend: The Music Of Victoria Wood, Jarman and The Bobby Kennedy Experience.

Her first book, The RSVPeople, written with her husband Paul Chronnell, is available on Amazon. They are planning a stage version of the story for the not too distant future…

She is one half of writing and performing duo, Roulston & Young with whom she is developing a new musical, Maxa, The Most Assassinated Woman In The World and writing Bespoke Songs.

She can be seen guesting with all female improv group The Yes Queens and as a regular host for the Black Cat Cabaret at Crazy Coqs.

Along with fellow artist Victoria Melody, she started a free online support group for Female & Female Identifying Solo Theatremakers. In under a year they have gathered over 600 members, all supporting each other and sharing advice and knowledge.

She is available for one-to-one mentoring, creative coaching and workshops and as a Diversity & Inclusion trainer is a champion of equal opportunities for all in the arts. She is also starting her second year on the Board Of Directors of the Edinburgh Fringe Society, representing performers.
